Cheverus boys ride Watkins' dominance to win at Scarborough

The "he" in this case is Cheverus boys' basketball standout Khaleon Watkins and the answer is, yes indeed, Watkins is a freshman and Monday afternoon, the Stags were very glad he was wearing their uniform in a midseason showdown at Scarborough.
