Gorham denies TA again in state semifinals

SANFORD—The Gorham Rams are simply inevitable.

They might stumble during the regular season, but they're always in championship form come late-October.

Wednesday evening, on the campus of Sanford High School, in a Class A state semifinal, the second-ranked Rams took on No. 3 Thornton Academy in a rematch of last year's state final and once again, Gorham wouldn't be denied.

And now, the Rams are on the brink of another Gold Ball celebration.
