Sure, the Rangers have 17 freshmen and sophomores on the roster and many of the other top contenders in Class B are more seasoned, but after a triumphant end to the regular season, which saw it lose just twice in its final dozen games and come from nowhere to wind up with the top seed for the playoffs, Greely believes that its championship window has opened and the rest of the state might just have to get used to the Rangers being one of the last teams standing.
"We're definitely looking forward to playoffs," said junior captain and defenseman Ethan Kittredge. "I think we can go far and it can set us up for a lot more winning to come with all the younger guys we have coming up."
