This week's podcast guest is Maine Baseball Hall of Famer and longtime coach Matt Rogers.

Rogers joins Michael and Tim and discusses his recently released book, "The Recipe for Being a Great Coach-It's More than Wins and Losses." Matt also reflects on his athletic and coaching career, serving as a host family for numerous Portland Sea Dogs and what he hopes to impart by writing a book about his experiences.
