Hoffer's High School Sports softball all-star team

Welcome to the second annual Hoffer's High School Sports softball all-star team, which is comprised of players from Cumberland County, as well as Thornton Academy.

The 2026 season saw no shortage of greatness from local stars, be it on the mound, in the field or at the plate, as several squads made deep playoff runs and two, Cheverus and North Yarmouth Academy, brought home Gold Gloves.

The following collection features 15 players who came up big time and again from mid-April right into championship weekend in June.

While coaches were consulted, the ultimate selections were mine.
