Late goal sends Yarmouth past Greely in semifinal thriller
YARMOUTH—Yarmouth's girls' soccer team drew its line in the sand.
After losing to rival Greely in last year's semifinals, the Clippers weren't about to let it happen again.
Not 11 days after the reigning state champion Rangers beat Yarmouth in the regular season finale.
Not on their home turf.
Not this time.
And while it took nearly 80 minutes to break through, the Clippers were ultimately able to do so and now get an opportunity to play for a trip to the state final.
