SCARBOROUGH—While it wasn't always a thing of beauty over the course of 48 minutes, the end result for Scarborough's boys' lacrosse team was unforgettable.

And historic.

Wednesday afternoon at the Kippy Mitchell Sports Complex, the Red Storm came in seeking their first victory of the season against a team they had never defeated.

The perennial powerhouse Cape Elizabeth Capers.

And Scarborough went out and did just that, earning a win that was both timely and therapeutic.
