Surging Capers cap regular season with win over York

CAPE ELIZABETH—Every pitch came with a degree of difficulty and every out was a slog, but Cape Elizabeth's baseball team still managed to close the regular season in style Wednesday afternoon at Holman Field.

With yet another victory.

Hosting York, the Capers grabbed a quick lead and thanks to a team-wide effort, made it stand up.

And now, it's time to start thinking championship.
