Yarmouth girls eke out win at NYA in the rain
YARMOUTH—Yarmouth's girls' soccer team didn't just have to overcome the elements Tuesday afternoon at Lewis Field.
The Clippers also had to figure out a way to hold off the host North Yarmouth Academy Panthers.
Who gave them fits for 80 minutes.
But with the game hanging in the balance, Yarmouth showed why it's one of the state's premier teams and the end result was a narrow victory in a compelling interclass showdown.
