Cheverus' girls' basketball team absolutely does.

After winning a Gold Ball game like no other.

Thanks to a comeback victory that all future wins will be measured against.

Saturday evening, in the Class A state final, at the Cross Insurance Arena, the Stags were staggered by an unheralded Hampden Academy squad which built a 17-point halftime lead and stretched it to 19 in the third quarter.

But Cheverus had the Broncos right where it wanted them and nine days after the program's most inspirational come-from-behind victory, the Stags authored an even more jaw-dropping rally.

And as a result, brought home the big prize.
