Freeport gets its revenge, edges Yarmouth in regional final thriller

YARMOUTH—As it turns out, it really is difficult to beat a good team and rival three times in one season.

And four times in a 52-week span.

And as a result, Freeport's field hockey squad is back on cloud nine after holding off top-seeded, previously undefeated Yarmouth in yet another memorable Class B South Final Thursday evening on the Clippers' turf field.
