South Portland boys shoot their way past Westbrook

SOUTH PORTLAND—On a night where South Portland's boys' basketball team didn't enjoy its usual dominance in the paint, the Red Riots had to rely to another aspect of their game to defeat visiting Westbrook at Beal Gymnasium.

Their outside shooting acumen.

And thanks in large part to eight made 3-pointers, South Portland had enough to prevail.

And stay perfect on the 2025-26 season.
