Cheverus christens new turf with wild win over Falmouth

PORTLAND—Cheverus' football team has long awaited playing its first game on its new turf field at Boulos Stadium.

And Saturday afternoon, the Stags celebrated by coming right out and punching visiting Falmouth in the mouth.

And never looked back from there, going on to an impressive early-season victory.
