Windham girls solve Kennebunk again for biggest win this year

KENNEBUNK—As was the case a year ago, Kennebunk's girls' lacrosse team came into a showdown against Windham as the undefeated, more highly-touted squad.

And as was the case in 2025, the Eagles used that as motivation and went out and handed the Rams their first loss.

Tuesday afternoon, under sizzling skies on Kennebunk's home turf, Windham never trailed, had the majority of possession and when big plays had to made, the Eagles responded like the champions they are.

And hope to become again in a little over a month's time.
