Cheverus girls earn huge win at Yarmouth

YARMOUTH—The offensive prowess of the Cheverus girls' lacrosse team is well documented.

The Stags are going to score their share of goals this year, but what could take them to the next level is their defense, along with sophomore goalie Annabelle Renna.

And Tuesday evening, at perennial power Yarmouth, Cheverus demonstrated just how far it has come on that side of the ball by holding the Clippers in check and earning a huge early-season victory.
