Portland runs over Windham in statement victory

PORTLAND—The Portland Bulldogs continue to stand alone in Class A North.

Friday evening at Fitzpatrick Stadium, the Bulldogs figured to get a test from a resurgent Windham squad seeking to knock them off their perch, but instead, Portland's two-headed rushing attack of senior standout Alex Martin and sophomore phenom David Gomes overwhelmed the Eagles.
